Time Tracking
If you have a mobile workforce, then keeping track of the time spent on each job or project can be a nightmare.
Our time tracking system enables you to capture live information each time a worker clocks on or off a job.
The worker simply sends a job number by text message whenever they start work on it, and another code when they go on a break or clock off for the day. The system then logs all start times, breaks and finishing times, and keeps a record of the time spent on each job by employee.
A range of reports are available, including:
- daily logs of clock on/off times
- breakdown of time spent on each job
- labour cost and revenue summaries
- work in in progress valuations
- timesheets for payroll calculations
